The Platinum PRO electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. The oven has 11 different rack positions in each oven. The oven's rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. input kw: 7.5. The touchscreen-control digital display shows time and temperature. The touchscreen-control version has a 150°F to 550°F temperature-controller range. The oven has a 2-speed fan motor. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-PRO oven.
