Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range on propane, model 4601DD-4TR_LP, built as a heavy-duty full-service kitchen unit with two non-clog open burners, a 48" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a standard oven base with two 45,000 BTU ovens. It’s a high-output floor range at 236,000 total BTU with a 60.75" W x 34" D footprint, stainless front and sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots for the tops, and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Each oven has a thermostat range of 175°F–550°F and fits full-size pans, so this is suited to restaurants, diners, and other high-volume cooklines needing burner, griddle, and baking capacity in one unit.
