The Imperial IR-10-EW-C range has 10 plate elements. The standard oven accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The convection oven interior is 26½” wide (673 mm). The plate elements have a completely sealed heating element to protect from spills and a flat surface for easy cleaning. The wafer plates are thermostatically controlled.
