The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler cooking grids have two positions. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The charbroiler has an exterior finish with front and sides constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel; the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. HDC and HDCL units are for use in non-combustible locations only. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. HDC-24 and HDCL-24 charbroilers are listed for propane-gas input of 80,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. HDC-24 and HDCL-24 charbroilers have 4 burners at 20,000 BTU each.
