Bistro™ Restaurant Range, Gas, 60". Propane. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. The JBR-6-24G-36 range has 6 open burners on its top. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The JBR-6-24G-36 range has a 24-inch griddle on its top. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
