Electric Pro Series Restaurant Range. IR-10-EW-C. The Imperial IR-10-EW-C range has 10 plate elements. The Imperial IR-10-EW-C range is three-phase at 240 V. The plate elements have a completely sealed heating element to protect from spills and a flat surface for easy cleaning. The wafer plates are thermostatically controlled. The convection oven interior is 26½” wide (673 mm). The convection oven interior is 22½” deep (572 mm). The convection oven interior is 14” high (356 mm). The convection oven has a 5.3 KW element with a 1/2 hp blower motor and cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. The convection-oven fan shuts off automatically when the door is open. The exterior has a stainless-steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless-steel seams.
