The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. The double CTB/CTBR arrangement includes two oven compartments. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. The CTB/CTBR oven uses electric heating. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 8.0 kW per oven section. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. The increased-output 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 32/0/32 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control uses solid-state control technology. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
