Imperial® IHR-2HT-2-EW-M is a 36-inch wide modular heavy-duty electric countertop range, built for indoor commercial use and high-volume kitchens. It has two wafer plate burners with one 12" x 12" front plate and one 12" x 16" rear plate, plus two hot tops, on 240V/3-phase power at 13.5 kW and 40 amps; it uses a dedicated circuit and needs professional installation. Compared with smaller countertop units, it’s a higher-output, more flexible cookline piece with infinite heat controls, a sealed heating element, and a large stainless steel landing ledge, and it suits busy production service, sauté, and holding/cooking across a broad menu.
