Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial kitchens, built as a high-volume line piece with 317,000 total BTUs. It has a 5-burner top with 3 front standard burners, 2 rear Pyromax burners, a 24" manual griddle on the left, and two standard oven bases, so it fits operations that need both heavy sauté/boil output and dual bake/roast capacity. Natural gas only, with factory-installed regulator, standing pilots on the top, battery spark ignition for the ovens, stainless front/sides, and a 60.75" x 34" footprint in a floor-standing format.
