A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 208 VAC supply. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a lowest thermostat setting of 140°F. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a highest thermostat setting of 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard-control ovens use a solid-state thermostat control. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides.
