PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills are controlled by a bulb-and-cap thermostat or digital electronic control, depending on model. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate between 175°F (79°C) and 550°F (288°C). PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate on single-phase power. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 5,400 W when operated at 208 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 7,200 W when operated at 240 V.
