The DC (P, L or W) -3S model family has a capacity of 12–24 pans. The cooker is constructed of all-welded type 304 #4 finished stainless steel. Each compartment is independently controlled by an automatic timer control with visible and audible signals. The cooker controls are equipped for single-phase operation.
