It has (10) 33,000 BTU natural gas star burners for a 362,000 total BTU output, plus a 32,000 BTU convection oven with 175°F–550°F thermostat, 3 racks, and a switch that lets it run as a standard oven; it’s a floor unit on natural gas with 120V single-phase power, stainless steel front/sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven base.
