The P36-RAD radiant compact broiler has four radiant burners. The P36-RAD has a 420 sq. in. cooking surface. The Southbend radiant compact broiler has two broiler racks. The P36-RAD broiler rack is 30 in wide. The P36-RAD broiler rack is 14 in deep. The P36-RAD broiler has a propane-gas input of 40,000 BTU/hr. The PRAD broilers require a propane-gas operating pressure of 10 in. W.C. The Southbend radiant compact broiler controls have an independent dual-valve arrangement.
