Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4604CC-6L_LP, is a freestanding floor range with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and 59.5" height, built for indoor high-volume line cooking. It’s a propane unit with 311,000 total BTUs and a mixed open-burner top: two star/sauté burners in front, two standard 33K rear burners, or a 5-burner setup with two Pyromax rear burners and three star 33K front burners. The base is two stainless steel cabinet sections instead of ovens, with standing pilots, factory regulator, manual gas shutoff, cast-iron grates, and optional no-charge center-opening cabinet doors, making it suited to busy restaurant kitchens that need strong burner output plus under-range storage.
