Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with storage base, model 4602CC-3TL_LP, built for commercial indoor kitchens on propane. It has a 60-3/4" wide, floor-standing footprint with 4 non-clog 27,000 BTU burners on continuous wavy grates plus a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left, for a total of 172,000 BTU, so it fits high-volume line cooking and griddle production rather than low-output service. The unit has stainless steel front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot for the open burners, and two stainless cabinet bases instead of ovens for dry storage; it needs 10" rear and right-side clearance and professional installation.
