The tank is stainless-steel construction; the cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. A drain-valve interlock safety system turns the heat off to help prevent the oil from scorching or overheating; the fryer also has a high-temperature safety limit switch. The fryer has a 1 ¼ in full-port drain valve for fast draining and a separate manual gas shutoff for front servicing. The atmospheric burner technology provides dependable heat transfer performance without the need for complex power blowers. … The patented atmospheric burner system, with its long-lasting alloy heat baffles, reaches up to 70% thermal efficiency and delivers lower flue temperatures.
