Electric Tilt Braising Pan. The UCBTE018CV1 electric tilt braising pan has an 18-gallon capacity. The UCBTE018CV1 electric tilt braising pan uses electric heating. The UCBTE018CV1 has a standard voltage of 220–240 V. The UCBTE018CV1 electric tilt braising pan's tank-wall band heaters are controlled by an electronic control panel. The braising pan has wall-temperature settings from 122°F to 266°F. The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 10 mm bottom and 2 mm walls. The braising pan has a self-supporting structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 30/10. The control panel can control tilting and return of the cooking tank from the touch screen or keyboard, and can delay cooking with a date, time and programming cycle. The control panel supports creating and editing multiphase cooking programs, setting each phase's cooking type, temperature and time parameters, mixer settings, and text messages.
