At 60.75" wide, 44.5" deep, 59.5" high and 223,000 total BTU, it is a large, high-volume floor unit for busy full-service kitchens rather than a compact or low-output option. It runs on natural gas and requires 120V, 3-phase power for the convection base, and it includes stainless front/sides, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a factory-installed regulator.
