The FBC-5T-RH is a 5-tray model. The temperature display/control for each of the FBC-5T-RH, FBC-10T-RH, and FBC-15T-RH is 7 inches. The touchscreen control allows preset chill, freeze, and thaw cycles and custom recipe creation. The advanced control system includes soft chill, hard chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, holding, and end-of-cycle modes. The probes on the FBC-5T-RH, FBC-10T-RH, and FBC-15T-RH each have 4 reading points. Each of the FBC-5T-RH, FBC-10T-RH, and FBC-15T-RH has an operating temperature range of -40°F to 50°F. The equipment has a powerful refrigeration system with a high-efficiency bottom-mount compressor, non-ozone-depleting low-GWP R449A refrigerant, and a self-lubricating sealed cast-iron evaporator fan motor with high-volume airflow design; automatic defrost is included. Full stainless steel AISI 304 construction provides resistance to rust and corrosion. The cabinet is insulated with CFC-free high-density polyurethane. It has interior rounded corners, a removable door gasket, and an evaporator compartment for easy cleaning. The FBC-5T-RH operates at 115 V. The FBC-5T-RH is rated at 20 A. The FBC-5T-RH operates at 60 Hz. The FBC-5T-RH is single-phase.
