Southbend Ultimate Series model 4603AC-2CR_LP is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range on a cabinet base, set up for propane with 294,000 total BTU. It’s a high-output floor model with (6) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven base rated at 32,000 BTU with 175°F–550°F control, 3 racks, and a switch for standard-oven use, so it fits heavy-duty prep lines, grill/broiler work, and bake/roast service in high-volume kitchens. Construction is stainless front and sides with removable cast-iron grates, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional center-opening cabinet doors; it also needs 115V power and professional installation, with 10" clearance on the sides and rear.
