The JBR-6-24G-2436 range has 6 open burners on its top. The JBR-6-24G-2436 range has a 24-inch griddle on its top. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The open burners have 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Propane. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. The standard oven's listed interior height is 14" in each of the two dimension sets.
