The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 in. The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back position. Each oven section has nine rack positions. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven has programmable water injection with 10 moisture levels and records HACCP data and a fault log for easier troubleshooting if needed. max temp f: 500. min temp f: 200.
