The Platinum PRO Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The Platinum PRO Series double-deck oven includes two oven decks. Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Platinum PRO Series oven uses electrical heating elements. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. The Platinum PRO Series TC-Touchscreen Controls allow recipes to be created. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. The controls for the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE electric oven are single phase. Electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens are available for three-phase operation. The electrical phase for electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens must be specified upon ordering.
