Imperial’s Pro Series IR-4-G12T-E-C is a 36" freestanding commercial electric range with a convection oven, aimed at indoor kitchen line use rather than a countertop or undercounter application. It runs on 480V, 3-phase power, draws 19.6 kW, and needs a dedicated field-wired circuit, so it fits kitchens built for higher-capacity electric equipment; the cooktop has four 2.6 kW round plate elements with infinite heat controls, plus a thermostatic 5 kW griddle section, and the oven includes three chrome racks and a 26-1/2" x 22-1/2" x 14" porcelainized cavity. Heavy-duty stainless construction, spill-resistant top design, and 6" adjustable legs make it suited to busy commercial prep and production where a compact 36" footprint is needed with range-and-oven output in one unit.
