The DFG-100 is a gas convection oven. double stack. The double arrangement of the Blodgett DFG-100 oven has two compartments. Each compartment of the Blodgett DFG-100 accepts five standard full-size bake pans measuring 18 in. × 26 in. Each section of the Blodgett DFG-100 oven is specified for propane supply. For propane, the DFG-100 inlet supply pressure is 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum, per section. The DFG-100 gas input is also stated as 16.2 kW per oven section. The DFG-100 Dual Flow Gas system combines direct and indirect heat. The DFG-100 Artisan touchscreen control with meat probe allows Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse. The DFG-100 power supply is 115 VAC. The Blodgett DFG-100 oven has a single-phase power supply.
