Southbend Ultimate Range 4601AC-3GL_NG is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range with a cabinet base and a convection oven base, built for indoor heavy-duty line use. It has four 33,000 BTU non-clog open burners, a 36" manual griddle on the left, and a 32,000 BTU convection oven with 3 racks, 5-position rails, 175°F–550°F thermostat, and a switch to run it as a standard oven; total input is 228,000 BTU on natural gas. The footprint is 60.75" W x 42.13" D x 59.5" H, it needs 115V single-phase power for the oven components, and the stainless front/sides, standing pilots, front gas shutoff, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it a good fit for high-volume prep, grilling, and baking on a busy restaurant line.
