The Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills are designed to cook wraps, sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and much more. The design is compact and portable, providing flexibility. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills have cast-iron platens. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills use two platens. Each platen used by PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills has a 13.5 in. x 13.5 in. (343 mm x 343 mm) cooking surface. Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills accommodate sandwiches up to three [3] inches (76 mm) thick. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills are controlled by a bulb-and-cap thermostat or digital electronic control, depending on model. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate between 175°F (79°C) and 550°F (288°C). The sandwich grill is constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel body. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 7,200 W when operated at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 30 A at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated for 208 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 26 A at 208 V.
