The Platinum PRO Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The Platinum PRO Series double-deck oven includes two oven decks. Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. Five wire racks are provided with each Platinum PRO Series oven. input kw: 22. voltage: 208. Standard Controls, Independent Doors. The Platinum PRO Series standard controls have a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven uses a patented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy servicing, and the panel slides out for full service viewing.
