Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. MOD327T. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD each have three wells. Each well in the MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD accepts a 12 in x 27 in 4/3 pan format. fuel type: electric. voltage: 240. controls type: thermostatic. The control panel of the Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers is front-mounted. The MOD food warmers have a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD food warmers have no standard power cord supplied (NONE). The MOD327T food warmer is specified with no drain. Wet operation is recommended for Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers for best results.
