Bistro™ Restaurant Range. Open Burners Right, 36" Griddle Left, Standard Oven, Cabinet – Propane. The JBR-36G-4-36 range has four open burners on its top. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The JBR-36G-4-36 range has a listed width of 60 inches. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C.
