ECX-10S-36 models are convection steamers. ECX-10S-36. The Southbend Steam ECX-2S, ECX-2S-36, ECX-10S, and ECX-10S-36 models have an electric steam boiler base. The ECX-10S-[36] model has an available standard boiler output of 36 kW. voltage: 208. The steam boiler is specified for a supply frequency of 60 Hz. The steam boiler is specified for 3-phase supply. A steamer with a 36-kW boiler draws 99.9 amps per line at 208 V, 3 phase. A timer is included in each steamer compartment. The unit comes standard with a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls and automatic blowdown. The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel.
