Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial indoor kitchens, model 4603DD-3TL_NG, with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and 59.5" height. It combines (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left with 1/2" cold rolled steel plate, and two standard oven bases rated at 45,000 BTU each with 175°F–550°F thermostatic control and porcelain interiors that fit full-size pans both ways. Natural gas only, 286,000 total BTU, stainless steel front and sides, cast iron removable grate tops, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot burners, and battery spark oven ignition make it suited to high-volume line cooking, griddling, and baking in a full-service kitchen.
