Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4603AA-3GL_NG, is a commercial floor range with a 60.75" x 44.5" footprint built for high-volume line cooking. It combines (4) 33,000 BTU natural gas star burners, a 36" manual griddle on the left, and two convection oven bases, so it fits operations that need burners, griddle space, and oven output in one unit; the ovens run on 115V with battery spark ignition, while the range itself uses natural gas only.
