The two-kettle GMT-10S-10 assembly is arranged on a gas boiler base. The kettles in the GMT-10S-10 kettle assembly are tilting kettles. Each GMT-10S-10 kettle has a capacity of 10 gallons (38 liters). The gas-operated steam boiler is specified as 15 psi (103 kPa) and operates on 115 VAC, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, rated at 250,000 BTU. The GMT-10S-10 gas-operated steam boiler lists Natural Gas as an operation option. The GMT-10S-10 gas supply specifications give a minimum natural-gas inlet pressure of 4 in. W.C., static to the unit. Boiler controls include automatic water level control, automatic blowdown, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, split water line, electronic ignition, CSD-1 boiler controls, and an On/Off switch with indicator light. The bottom of each kettle is hemispherical in design for superior heat circulation. The kettle interior is double-wall construction, forming the steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The cabinet base has a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3 in (76 mm) deep sinks with drain, grates and splash guard, hinged doors with magnetic catches, removable side panels, and 6 in (152 mm) stainless steel legs with four adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor; the exterior is #4 stainless steel with an aluminized steel back.
