Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch gas range, model 4602DC-5R_LP, is a floor-style commercial range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, built for heavy-duty indoor use. It runs on propane and totals 332,000 BTU, with a 60.75-inch footprint, stainless steel front and sides, 4-inch front rail, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven. The top combines high-output open burners with wavy cast-iron grates and a rear Pyromax/front standard burner mix, while the 45,000 BTU oven takes full-size pans and gives it a strong fit for high-volume line cooking, roasting, and baking where a single range has to do both.
