The Southbend Platinum Series oven is available in a three-phase electrical configuration. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's TC touchscreen temperature controller operates from 150°F to 550°F. The oven has a stainless-steel front, top, and sides, and its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
