Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 70,000 BTU gas input. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven has a standard electrical supply notation of 120/60/1 phase. The PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE standard electrical supply has a total maximum current of 7.9 A per deck. Standard Controls, Independent Doors. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range ending at 500°F. The standard-control version has a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top.
