Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603AD-7L_LP, is a freestanding commercial range with open star burners and a convection oven base. It has four 33,000 BTU star burners plus four 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners, for 369,000 total BTU, so it fits high-volume line-cooking more than light-duty use. The propane unit uses 120V, 3-phase power for the convection oven motor, measures 60.75"W x 44.5"D x 59.5"H, and includes a 45,000 BTU standard oven or a 32,000 BTU convection oven base with porcelain interiors, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases; stainless front and sides, a manual gas shut-off, and removable cast-iron grates are the main service-friendly details.
