Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds fourteen 12 × 20 × 2-1/2 in. deep North American hotel pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds seven full-size sheet pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. The maximum gas input for a CNVX-14G section is 65,000 BTU/hr. The gas supply inlet pressure specified for a propane section is 14 inches W.C. static to the unit. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section is supplied at 115 VAC.
