EnduraHeat® Heated Food Transport Cabinets are designed to hold and transport cooked food warm and ready for serving. The SR188 EnduraHeat transport cart has capacity for 6 pans measuring 18 in × 26 in. The SR188 EnduraHeat transport cart has capacity for 12 pans measuring 12 in × 20 in. The short-form specifications describe stainless steel tray racks with universal tray slides, adjustable at 1.75-inch increments and standard 3.5-inch spacing, for 18 × 26-inch sheet pans and 12 × 20-inch steam table pans.
