HR(S)-31 flat roller grills have a cooking surface 19.5 inches across. HR(S)-31 flat roller grills have 11 rollers. The HR-31 and HRS-31 flat surface roller grills are also rated for 208/240 V. HRS models have TRU-Turn non-stick rollers. X*PERT flat surface roller grills have independent heating zones at the front and back. X*PERT flat surface roller grills have infinite controls. The exterior cabinet is constructed of stainless steel. Tru-Turn coating is described as 30% thicker than competitive non-stick coatings, and seals at the ends of the rollers stop grease from migrating into motors and chains. The HR-31 and HRS-31 flat surface roller grills each have an overall depth (C) of 18.625 in (473 mm), excluding control knobs.
