Imperial Spec Series IHR-4-1HT-EW-C is a 36-inch freestanding commercial electric heavy-duty range with four wafer burners, one hot top section, and a convection oven below, so it fits against other floor-style range/oven combos rather than a standalone cooktop. It runs on 208V, 3-phase power at 24.2 kW/80 amps and needs a dedicated circuit, making it a serious high-volume kitchen piece with a 36" x 35.875" footprint and 42" overall height. The wafer plates are thermostatic with infinite heat controls, sealed heating elements, a 650°F max temperature, and a large stainless landing ledge, while the convection oven adds even baking with a 1/4 hp blower, three racks, and a porcelainized interior; the 6" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet suit installed line-up use in high-volume commercial kitchens.
