MOD200 Series 12” X 20” Two-Well Heavy Duty, Top-Mount, Rectangular Drop-In Food-Warmers. The MOD200 Series food warmer accommodates two 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. fuel type: electric. The MOD200T, MOD200TD, MOD200TDM, and MOD200TDMAF models are described as having thermostatic controls. The MOD200 Series food warmer has a separate individual control for each well. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. All models are field convertible from 1Ø to 3Ø. The MOD200T, MOD200TD, MOD200TDM, and MOD200TDMAF models are rated at 1240 watts per well at 208 V. The MOD200T, MOD200TD, MOD200TDM, and MOD200TDMAF models are rated at 1650 watts per well at 240 V. The MOD200 Series food warmer is suitable for wet operation. The MOD200 Series food warmer is suitable for dry operation.
