SKG-30-SB. The Southbend SKG-30-SB gas tilting skillet has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The SKG-30-SB has a rated gas input of 110,000 BTU/hr. fuel type: gas. Natural Gas. controls type: solid-state. Southbend SKG gas tilting skillets have a temperature control range of 100–450°F. Pan is formed from 10 gauge T-304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for ease of cleaning. The interlock switch turns the burners off when the pan is tilted more than 10° from the normal horizontal position. The SKG-SB gas tilting braising pan is floor-standing. The SKG-30-SB and SKG-40-SB gas connection is supplied through 3/4 in NPT pipe.
