The Southbend KELT kettle's listed optional 33 kW configuration is for 60, 80, or 100 gallon kettles. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The kettle is constructed with all-welded #4-finish stainless steel, type 304. The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. The kettle is self-generating; its jacket enclosure contains distilled water and is factory sealed. The Southbend KELT kettle's steam jacket surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle.
