HDC-36 and HDCL-36 charbroilers are listed for natural-gas input of 120,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. Each HDC and HDCL unit using natural gas requires a minimum supply pressure of 7 inches W.C. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. Stainless steel front and sides are standard; rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood.
