BB96XX. The banquet carters are capable of heating to 200°F (94°C). The BB96XX has a plate capacity of 120 without carriers. The BB96XX has a plate capacity of 120 with “C” carriers. The BB96XX has a plate capacity of 96 with “P” carriers. Capacity is based on common plate depth and a combined plate/cover height of 2.5 in; actual capacity may vary because of the variety of plate thicknesses and depths and plate-cover heights. fuel type: electric. voltage: 230. The banquet carters use single-phase power. The banquet carters preheat to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 20 minutes. The heating system has stainless steel construction, is removable without tools, and uses an inconel-sheathed heating element; it also has high-impedance protection, an internally cooled fan motor, a full-range thermostat, and a power-indicating light. The carters have completely welded double-wall cabinet construction, with the outer cabinet formed and welded to the base; all seams are turned in to eliminate raw edges.
