The Southbend P12C-G 12-inch sectional range has a manual griddle. The Southbend Platinum 12-inch sectional range has a full-width manual griddle. The 12-inch-wide front-manifold sectional range has a 1-inch-thick stainless steel griddle surface, side and rear splashers, and a grease drawer. The cabinet-base model has a stainless steel cabinet base with a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The Southbend Platinum 12-inch sectional range has electronic pilot ignition by piezo. The Southbend P12C-G has a rated gas input of 32,000 BTU/hour when supplied with natural gas. The manual griddles on Southbend Platinum 12-inch sectional range models … P12C-G do not allow specific-temperature operation. The range front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
