The Doyon Artisan Stone Deck Oven, Model 1T2, has two baking decks. Each deck of the Doyon 1T2 oven holds one 18 × 26-inch full-size sheet pan. The oven has dedicated steam capabilities in each deck and a premium, 3/4-inch-thick NSF-approved baking stone for direct-on-the-stone artisan results. The oven has a programmable touchscreen control. The maximum baking temperature of the Doyon 1T2 oven is 600°F. The Doyon 1T2 oven is rated at 48 A in its 208 V, 1-phase, 10 kW configuration.
